  Submit your Identification proof and KYC verification
 
Know your customer details are mandatory to be able to use the OxiCash 50000 Wallet, the details are as follows:
  • Any one of the following Documents for both ID and Address Proof:
    1. Passport
    2. Voter's ID Card
    3. Driver's license (Learner's license is not acceptable)
    4. Ration card which has a photograph of the applicant

    Alternatively

  • Any one of the following Documents for ID Proof:
    1. PAN Card
    2. PSU/Government Department/Defense ID Cards
    3. Photo Credit Card (not expired and must be primary cardholder)

    Along With

  • Any one of the following Documents for Address Proof:
    1. Bank Statement or Credit Card, or a statement issued by any Financial Institution or intermediary under the scope of Prevention of Money Laundering Act provided the account is live and the statement is not more than 3 month old
    2. PAN intimation letter
    3. Municiple tax/Water bill less than 1 year old
    4. Income tax/Wealth tax assessment order
    5. Copy of any Utility bill eg: Electricity bill/Telephone bill/Mobile Telephone bill showing residential address(not more than 3 months old)
    6. Any document or communication issued by any authority of Central Goverment, State Goverment or local bodies showing residential address.
    7. Registered Lease Deed
    8. Letter issued by an employer(reputed MNCs, Large Corporates, Government Institutions as per pre-approved list)
  • please mention the following information on the scanned document :
    • Kind attention: OxiCash Wallet
    • Your name
    • Your Oxicash registered mobile number
    • Your e-mail ID
* Note: Once you have uploaded KYC document on OxiCash website

  • Walk-in to nearest Oxigen retailer with originals of submitted KYC documents for verification.
  • When you provide registered mobile number to Retailer, he will generate OTP through Oxigen server and it will be delivered to your registered mobile number.
  • You need to share this OTP with Retailer to authorize him to verify your submitted documents in system.
  • After confirmation from the retailer, wallet is ready for usage with limit of Rs.10000/-
  • For wallet top-up, give Rs. 50 cash to the retailer as verification charges.
  • You need to send self attested photocopies of submitted KYC documents to Oxigen Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. 257, Udyog Vihar, Phase I, Gurgaon (HR) 122 016.
  • Post receiving documents at Oxigen and verification, your OxiCash 10000 wallet will be upgraded to Full KYC OxiCash 50000
  • Now you can top up your OxiCash 50000 Wallet with an amount up to Rs.50,000/- . You can load or top up money into wallet from an Oxigen retail outlet or by transferring money into your Wallet by using Net banking/Credit card/Debit card/IMPS.
  • Start using the wallet
  • The maximum limit of the OxiCash 50000 Wallet, at any point of time, is Rs.50,000.

  • Please update your online profile after creating your wallet by selecting the update your profile tab on the page.
 *Do note that Customer would need to pay Rs.50/- towards KYC verification & postage charges to the Oxigen Retailer.
